In loving memory of my father Richard Peters who valiantly fought pulmonary fibrosis before it took him on 8th August 2019, and in awe of my mother Jenny who unceasingly and so tenderly cared for him. And with grateful thanks for the wonderful support provided by the Phyllis Tuckwell team, particularly Charlotte whose competence and compassion shone through so strongly from the beginning of Dad's final journey to the end, giving such reassurance to the family. And to Charlene, who sat with Dad through his last night.
